Newborn Manikin for NICU Nursing Training

The Newborn Manikin is designed for hands-on newborn nursing and clinical skills practice, with features for airway management, vascular access, respiratory condition training, chest drainage, congenital condition teaching, and resuscitation. Interchangeable lung modules allow instructors to introduce normal and pathological respiratory conditions, while built-in IV access with simulated blood flashback supports practical venipuncture training.

  Represents a full-term newborn for hands-on nursing and clinical skills instruction. Its integrated design allows multiple procedures to be practiced on one training model.

• Airway Management & Resuscitation
  Supports endotracheal intubation and bag-mask ventilation practice for newborn airway management and resuscitation scenarios. Chest movement can be observed during ventilation practice.

• Normal & Pathological Lung Modules
  Interchangeable chest blocks allow instructors to demonstrate normal and pathological respiratory conditions. The unilateral module can simulate unilateral lung collapse and related changes in chest movement.

• IV Access & Chest Drainage Practice
  Built-in IV tubing supports venipuncture practice with simulated blood flashback. The model also provides a setup for practicing chest drainage procedures in neonatal respiratory and emergency care scenarios.

• Congenital Condition & Ostomy Modules
  Removable modules representing conditions such as omphalocele and neural tube defects support visual teaching and scenario-based instruction. The ostomy module can be used for stoma recognition and basic care education.
