1. How much does shipping cost?

2. When will my order ship?
In-stock items are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll contact you with an updated timeline.
3. Where do you ship from?
We ship from the nearest available warehouse whenever possible, including our U.S. warehouse. If local stock is unavailable, your order may ship from our main warehouse in China.
4. How long will delivery take?

Return and Refund
1. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original condition. For non-quality-related returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
2. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We'll review the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.

The 3 in 1 Injection Practice Pad is specially designed for Intradermal & Subcutaneous & Intramuscular injection training together for medical students, nurses, and doctors. One equals three injection pads. Highly simulates ID, IM, and SQ injection feeling.

Incorrect ID Injection Injury
- Injecting the needle too deep will lead to leakage to the subcutaneous layer (fat layer).
- Injecting the needle too shallow will cause leakage to the outside of the skin.
- Injecting the needle properly will form a characteristic skin welt.
