Shoulder Combat Gunshot Wound Stop the Bleed Trainer

Ultrassist Upper Arm Gunshot Wound Hemorrhage Control Trainer simulates realistic upper-arm firearm trauma with a blast-type shoulder wound and a through-and-through bullet injury. Designed for hands-on tourniquet application, deep wound packing, active bleeding control, and rapid trauma decision-making in high-risk training scenarios.

Features:

• Three Gunshot Wound Patterns in One Upper Arm Trainer:
Features a large blast-type gunshot wound on the shoulder and a clearly defined entrance-and-exit bullet wound on the upper arm, allowing trainees to compare and apply different hemorrhage control approaches within one model.

• Progressive Ballistic Cavity for Realistic Wound Packing:
The wound channel is designed with a graduated ballistic cavity that closely simulates tissue disruption from firearm injuries, enabling effective deep gauze packing and realistic resistance during compression.

• Active Bleeding Simulation with Dual Internal Tubing:
Pre-installed tubing connects directly to the wound sites, allowing instructors to simulate active bleeding and create dynamic, scenario-based hemorrhage control training.

• Shoulder-to–Upper Arm Anatomy for Realistic Positioning:
The flat-lying design accurately represents shoulder and upper-arm anatomy, supporting proper tourniquet placement, wound access, and team-based trauma care scenarios.

• Supports Complete Hemorrhage Control Workflow:
Designed for repeated practice of bleeding assessment, tourniquet application, wound packing, pressure dressing, and initial field management of gunshot wounds.

• Ideal for Training, Evaluation, and Demonstration:
Suitable for hands-on instruction, skills assessment, and competency testing in EMS, military, tactical medicine, and trauma education programs.
