Lifelike IV Practice Hand - Cast with an adult left hand and made of silicone material. Comes with the realistic skin texture of a human hand. Solid fingers are soft and elastic, flexible to the touch. Largely reduce the psychological challenges that practitioners face working with people.

Anatomically Correct Veins - Latex-free silicone tubing simulates the basilic vein, cephalic vein, and dorsal metacarpal veins to facilitate accurate venipuncture practice. You can feel the presence of veins by palpation.

So far I did not see any wholes at all. It can withstand hundreds of punctures without leaving obvious holes.

Is there a blood flashback while practicing?

It is not hard to get simulated blood in the tubes, and it does give you the flash when you insert IV. Great for practicing.

How to clean and make it durable?

After use, it is recommended to wipe the dirty part with clean water. Replace simulated blood with clean water and use the circulatory system to flush the silicone tubing. Dry it and keep it in a dry and clean location, preferably in a dust-proof place.
