So far I did not see any wholes at all. It can withstand hundreds of punctures without leaving obvious holes.
Is there a blood flashback while practicing?
It is not hard to get simulated blood in the tubes, and it does give you the flash when you insert IV. Great for practicing.
How to clean and make it durable?
After use, it is recommended to wipe the dirty part with clean water. Replace simulated blood with clean water and use the circulatory system to flush the silicone tubing. Dry it and keep it in a dry and clean location, preferably in a dust-proof place.
