US Shipments

1. How long will it take to get my order?

All the orders are processed and shipped in the order of the date they were received. We try to have orders shipped out instantly and promise within 10-15 days of receiving the order. Please note that we are not open on the weekends so orders placed during that time are not processed until we reopen on the following Monday. All the orders are manually downloaded from the website and then manually processed for shipping.  During peak times it may take longer for an order to ship but we try to stay within that 10-15 day time frame.

2. How long will you get the products you purchased online?

In order to save the postage that you need to pay, we generally choose to ship our items by sea. The logistics service provider we cooperate with for several years promises the order safe. Generally, you will get your products in about 15 days after we have the order shipped out.

 

Return and Refund

Q: How and when can you get the refund after you cancel the order you have paid for but not shipped out?

A: If the order you paid for has not been shipped out, you can cancel the order directly online, and the refund will instantly be returned to your account the same way. 

Q: How and when can you get the refund if the order has been shipped out or you have got the products?

A: If the order has been shipped out, and you want to return it, please cancel the order online, and contact us to cancel the shipment. 

If you have the products but don't like them or the products have any quality issues, please feel free to contact us to have us know the problems. Find the solution. If it really has quality issues, we would like to ship a new one to you. If you want to directly return it just after getting it, contact us, and we will give you our address. Help you return it back to us. While we get your return, you will get a refund from us.
