We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, please read the policy below to understand your options for returns and refunds.

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and issue refunds in the following cases:

  • The product has not been used, is still in its original condition, and has a quality issue.
  • You received the wrong item that does not match your original order - in this case, we will arrange an exchange.

Note: 

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • If you received the correct product, and there is no quality issue, we do not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at: sales@ultrassist.com
Include the following in your message:

  • Your order receipt or proof of purchase
  • Photos or videos showing the product or package issue

For online purchases, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

For offline purchases, please contact our after-sales team to discuss the appropriate refund method.

Exchanges and Refunds

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and bulk order which has been confirmed by sampling by both sides). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, or powders. Besides, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
