The Ultrassist Prader Orchidometer is a handheld testicular volume measurement tool with 12 color-coded wooden beads ranging from 1 to 25 mL. By comparing the size of a testis with the closest bead, clinicians and learners can estimate testicular volume and assess pubertal development.
The graduated bead sizes follow the standard Prader orchidometer scale, making the tool useful for pediatric and adolescent care, urology and endocrinology education, medical training, and clinical assessment.
