How to use for CPR training?
- Place the mat on a firm, flat surface.
- Place the model on the heart marking on the CPR training mat.
- Position your hands at the center of the model following standard CPR hand placement.
- Apply downward compressions at the recommended rate (100–120 bpm).
- Listen for the audible click that indicates correct compression depth.
- Continue compressions to build consistent rhythm, force, and muscle memory.

Practice Chest Compressions with Our CPR Training Model
Step 1: Lay the instruction mat
Lay the instruction mat flat on a hard, flat surface, usually the floor.
Step 2: Put the CPR press trainer on mat
Put the CPR press trainer on the simulated heart position of the instruction mat.
Step 3: Kneel next to the mat
Kneel next to the mat(upper body image), making sure the upper body is in the proper position.
Step 4: Place both hands on heart module
Place the root of the palm of one hand on the heart module and fold the other hand over it.
Step 5: Keep fingers and thumbs apart and straight
Step 6: Begin chest compressions
Using straight arm strength, apply compression at a rate of at least 100-120 compressions per minute. The depth of compression should be at least 1/3 of the depth of the chest (about 2 inches).
